Dr. Rose Seko is a distinguished psychologist, counselor, philanthropist, and humanitarian based in London. She holds a PhD in Psychology and Counseling and is the Founder of the Rose Seko Foundation, through which she has led community development and supported vulnerable and needy groups for over 30 years. She is widely recognized for her long-standing commitment to mental health advocacy, social welfare, and humanitarian service. As Patron of Wezesha Youth Initiative, she provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and support in advancing the organization's mission of youth empowerment, mental health wellness, and sustainable community development.

CEO & Founder

Paul Victor is a vibrant youth leader, passionate youth advocate, community mobilizer, and project management professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Management. As the Founder and CEO of Wezesha Youth Initiative, he provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing programs focused on youth empowerment, mental health advocacy, talent development, climate action, civic education, and community development. He possesses strong leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and event management skills, and has successfully mobilized thousands of young people while building impactful collaborations that drive sustainable development and positive social change across Kenya.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Master's degree in Project Management from Egerton University. As the Chief Operating Officer of Wezesha Youth Initiative, he oversees program implementation, operational strategy, and organizational efficiency, ensuring impactful delivery of youth-focused initiatives. He brings expertise in project management, coordination, and private sector engagement, contributing to the organization's growth and sustainable impact.

Director of Skills Development & Capacity Building

Joyce Ng'endo Waweru is a strategic and impact-driven leader serving as the Director of Skills Development & Capacity Building at Wezesha Youth Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Nairobi and brings strong expertise in business leadership, organizational management, and program development. She provides strategic oversight in the design and delivery of skills development and capacity building programmes, while championing gender equality, youth empowerment, and community-based initiatives. Her leadership supports effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable social change.

She serves as the Lead for Communication & Digital Strategy at Wezesha Youth Initiative, where she oversees branding, digital campaigns, and global online visibility. She is also responsible for the coordination and management of the organization's pageant and awards visibility, ensuring strong branding, smooth execution, and impactful audience engagement.

Finance Lead

James Nyabera is a detail-oriented finance professional and ICT specialist with strong expertise in financial management and systems operations. He holds a background in ICT and Finance, bringing a unique blend of technical and analytical skills to the organization.
