Dr. Rose Seko is a distinguished psychologist, counselor, philanthropist, and humanitarian based in London. She holds a PhD in Psychology and Counseling and is the Founder of the Rose Seko Foundation, through which she has led community development and supported vulnerable and needy groups for over 30 years. She is widely recognized for her long-standing commitment to mental health advocacy, social welfare, and humanitarian service. As Patron of Wezesha Youth Initiative, she provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and support in advancing the organization's mission of youth empowerment, mental health wellness, and sustainable community development.

Paul Victor is a vibrant youth leader, passionate youth advocate, community mobilizer, and project management professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Management. As the Founder and CEO of Wezesha Youth Initiative, he provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing programs focused on youth empowerment, mental health advocacy, talent development, climate action, civic education, and community development. He possesses strong leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and event management skills, and has successfully mobilized thousands of young people while building impactful collaborations that drive sustainable development and positive social change across Kenya.

Brian Kimeu Kalekye is a dynamic and results-driven operations leader with a strong background in project execution and organizational management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Master's degree in Project Management from Egerton University. As the Chief Operating Officer of Wezesha Youth Initiative, he oversees program implementation, operational strategy, and organizational efficiency, ensuring impactful delivery of youth-focused initiatives. He brings expertise in project management, coordination, and private sector engagement, contributing to the organization's growth and sustainable impact.

Joyce Ng'endo Waweru is a strategic and impact-driven leader serving as the Director of Skills Development & Capacity Building at Wezesha Youth Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Nairobi and brings strong expertise in business leadership, organizational management, and program development. She provides strategic oversight in the design and delivery of skills development and capacity building programmes, while championing gender equality, youth empowerment, and community-based initiatives. Her leadership supports effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable social change.

Mary Macharia, popularly known as Mash, is an award-winning diaspora influencer based in the USA, a dynamic brand influencer, and a skilled digital marketing strategist. She serves as the Lead for Communication & Digital Strategy at Wezesha Youth Initiative, where she oversees branding, digital campaigns, and global online visibility. She is also responsible for the coordination and management of the organization's pageant and awards visibility, ensuring strong branding, smooth execution, and impactful audience engagement.

James Nyabera is a detail-oriented finance professional and ICT specialist with strong expertise in financial management and systems operations. He holds a background in ICT and Finance, bringing a unique blend of technical and analytical skills to the organization. As the Finance Lead at Wezesha Youth Initiative, he oversees budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and resource management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Mark Odhiambo is a skilled political scientist and seasoned researcher serving in Research, Policy & Partnership Linkages at Wezesha Youth Initiative. He is responsible for conducting research, developing policy insights, and providing evidence-based recommendations to support the organization's programs and advocacy work. Through his analytical expertise, he contributes to shaping impactful strategies in youth empowerment, social development, and community-focused initiatives.

Simon Ageyo is a multi-talented Media and Digital Communication professional with expertise in graphic design, film production, video editing, and digital content creation. He has a keen interest in documentary filmmaking and visual storytelling, using creative media to capture compelling stories, experiences, and impactful moments. With a strong passion for creativity and communication, Simon brings together technical skills, artistic vision, and storytelling to develop engaging visual content for audiences across different digital platforms.

Michael Othili is a versatile and results-oriented professional with a diverse background spanning Information Technology, Business Development and Operations Management, Hospitality, Aviation, Marketing, and Creative Design. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise, management and entrepreneurial thinking, and creative problem-solving to every assignment. With experience in Operations and IT management, Michael has been involved in business developments and oversights, IT systems development, support and maintenance, supply-chain management, client service delivery, and organizational operations. His professional journey has also included marketing and business development roles, where he has contributed to digital marketing initiatives, marketing strategies, client acquisition, collaborations, and growth-oriented programs. His technical foundation is strengthened by a BSc. in Computer Science, a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Airframes & Power Plants), and Economics. His aviation exposure includes practical work involving various aircraft and helicopter platforms, giving him an appreciation of technical precision, safety, maintenance, and operational discipline. Beyond technology and management, Michael has demonstrated a strong creative and communication dimension through branding, graphic design, merchandise production, magazine design, and digital marketing. His work has included design and production for publications such as Mazingira Yetu, Stylish and Lifestyle Focus magazines and Cadence Magazine.

Pamela Onyango is a committed community development professional serving as the Membership & Recruitment Lead at Wezesha Youth Initiative. She is responsible for driving member engagement, coordinating recruitment strategies, and strengthening the organization's youth network across different regions. Through her strong interpersonal and organizational skills, she supports team growth, participation, and inclusion, contributing to the expansion and impact of the initiative's programs.

Maryann Kilanga is a young and dynamic project management professional, fashion enthusiast, and business-oriented leader. She is a graduate of Kiriri Women's University of Science and Technology and the youngest member of the Wezesha Youth Initiative leadership team. As Project Manager, she oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of youth-focused programs, ensuring efficiency, timely delivery, and impactful outcomes. She also plays a key role in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and driving innovative approaches that support sustainable community development and organizational growth.

Advocate Ochuka Omamo Gor serves as the Head of Legal Affairs at Wezesha Youth Initiative. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an accomplished arbitrator, and the Managing Director of Omamo Ochuka & Co. Advocates. With extensive experience in legal practice, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory, Advocate Ochuka provides strategic legal guidance to the organization, ensuring good governance, compliance, and the protection of the Initiative's interests. He is deeply passionate about youth empowerment and is committed to using his legal expertise to support young people through mentorship, advocacy, and the promotion of justice, leadership, and inclusive development. His leadership strengthens Wezesha Youth Initiative's mission of empowering young people across Kenya through legal awareness, policy engagement, and sustainable community development initiatives.

Monicah Njeri Mungai is a dynamic and experienced event management and programs professional with a strong passion for creating impactful experiences, coordinating high-level events, and driving successful program implementation. As the Director of Events, Programs & Operations at Wezesha Youth Initiative, she plays a key role in translating organizational vision into well-coordinated programs, events, and initiatives.
